BISB Students Attend 'Big Sing Bratislava'

On Saturday 21st April, the Music Department and 16 Primary students from The British International School Budapest headed to Bratislava for a day of music-making with 10 schools from 6 different countries making over 180 voices.

The British International School, Budapest announced today the opening of its newly renovated and expanded campus. An additional 3000 m2 has been added to the existing 6000 m2 campus with a new secondary wing to accommodate the growing school. From the Island of Mohács the „devils” still come on boats, according to the legend. Those arriving by boats walk to Kóló Square to join the rest, and then all proceed through the streets, mixing in with the audience along the way.

Britannica International School has appointed Richard Vaughan as the new Principal of Britannica International School to succeed Mr Ken Baines who will retire at the end of next month, July 2014. Mr Vaughan will move to Budapest with his wife and two children this Summer.
